The People's Liberation Army (PLA) officers will spend two weeks at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, according to Clinton administration officials close to the program. The officers are there to hear lectures by current and former U.S. national security officials who have discussed how the United States would respond to a crisis over Taiwan... Janet Brown, if you did not know, is the Executive Director of the Commission on Presidential Debates. More than half of the calls she responded to where from people who wanted Pat Buchanan, Ralph Nader, or Third Party candidates in general to be included in the debates. She never really offered a defense for her Commission's past actions, but she did give information on how to contact the Commission by phone and by internet... 08/25/00  THE PRESS AT THE CONVENTION .....
