Pat and Immaculate Heart of Mary Students

Sister Mary Laurence was one of four nuns from the Immaculate Heart of Mary School in Richmond. About 20 students and 10 adults came to the announcement speech. 'As a Catholic, it's very strong and good to hear,' said Laurence, who voted for Pat Buchanan in 1996 and expects to do the same in 2000. Laurence said the students came because society has 'so much cynicism so there's some encouragement' from listening to Buchanan."
